Pricing
Registration Fees
We charge a $1000 registration fee for full-time long-term placements and $500 for part time & temporary searches. This fee is applied to the placement fee upon hiring a nanny.
18% Placement Fee
Our 18% (of the candidate's gross annual salary) fee covers our rigorous vetting process - from background checks and reference verification to skills assessments and personality matching. The fee is only due when you officially hire your selected nanny.
NO RECURRING FEES
We never charge recurring fees or surprise costs. You pay the registration fee to begin your search which is then applied to the placement fee when you hire. We also offer a replacement guarantee within 180 days at no additional cost.

Our Process
Family Application and Phone Interview
We've kept our application process straightforward because we know your time matters. After completing a brief form, you'll schedule a 20-minute call with our team to share details about your family - from your children's ages to what matters most in your ideal caregiver. This helps us understand who would truly fit well in your home. Once submitted, we'll send our Family Agreement and begin searching for your match.
Finding Your Match
We specialize in matching families with experienced, pre-screened nannies. After learning about your family’s needs, we’ll handpick and share profiles of our carefully vetted candidates who could be a great fit.
Interviews
We’ll work with you to coordinate interviews with your top candidates. Whether you prefer to meet in your home, virtually, or at a neutral location, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
Trial Period
To ensure the perfect fit, we’ll help you organize a trial period. This typically involves 24 working hours split over three to five days. During this time, you’ll pay the nanny directly for their time, and there’s no agency fee. For out-of-state candidates, families are responsible for travel expenses, lodging, and incidentals.
