For NAnnies
Our Process
Application
Tell us about your childcare journey! The more we know, the better we can match you with families who truly value your expertise. You'll have the opportunity to outline your preferred job opportunity and availability.
You will also submit a resume and professional references.
Agency Interview
We dedicate 30 minutes to learning what makes you an exceptional caregiver - your methods, successes, and developmental insights. As a selective agency, we carefully assess each candidate's ability to deliver premium childcare.
Family Interviews
This is where connections go beyond qualifications. We introduce you to families who don’t just need a nanny—they’re looking for you.
Through our careful matching process, you’ll meet families where:
✔ Your skills are valued
✔ Your personality shines
✔ Your values align
Because the best childcare happens when both sides truly click.
Trial Period
To ensure the perfect fit, we’ll help you organize a paid trial period. This typically involves 24 working hours over a period of three to five days. For out-of-state positions, families are responsible for travel expenses, lodging, and incidentals.
You found your match!
It's a match! Your journey doesn't stop at placement. Our support team is always just a call or email away, whether you need advice on a challenging phase, contract questions, or even just to celebrate a child’s milestone.
